NJM Design is a multi-disciplinary building services engineering consultancy. The company was founded in 2004 by John Maroulis and has grown over time to become a dynamic company employing exceptional engineering personnel. Every year we complete over 500 projects ranging in size from small office fitouts to projects worth over $50M. We regularly work on large apartment complexes, shopping centres, office buildings, civic buildings, schools, industrial complexes and medical centres.
NJM Design strives to produce efficient and economical designs to enhance the viability and appeal of the facility. We are a practical engineering consultancy with strong project management skills. Our core business is the design, documentation and project management of multi-disciplinary engineering services.
The company employs the basic philosophy of producing the best solution based on the client’s requirements for the least cost and within the project timeframe. We achieve our aim by utilizing teamwork, the latest technology and constant communication.
A founding director, John has 30 years’ experience in engineering consulting. He has helped build NJM into a multi-disciplinary practice offering a wide array of services on a multitude of projects. His key focus now is guiding NJM through it’s next stage of growth and ensuring that it continues to provide excellent service to its many loyal clients. Company culture and the continued growth of all NJM team members is at the forefront of this expansion.
A registered building practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in building services design and project management. Rao has worked on commercial, residential, civic and health care projects amongst many other sectors. He understands the realities of every project he works on and offers well-defined and cost-effective solutions. His inclusive and calm approach has resulted in a rapid expansion of NJM into different sectors as client’s feel comfortable dealing with him.
