At NJM Design, we are beginning our next stage of growth, diversifying our offerings and scope of projects. Recently we announced 4 major promotions across the organization, expanding our leadership team to support the development and ambitions of our team, which will in turn, improve the quality and variety of solutions that we provide to our clients.

 

Alongside our leadership team expansion, our growth continues with the announcement of further recruitment. We are recruiting a number of driven individuals to join the NJM Team during this ambitious period of growth.

• Senior Fire Safety Engineer
• Fire Protection Engineer
• ESD consultant
• Team Leader – Acoustic Engineering
• Hydraulics Engineer
• Electrical Engineer

We are a practical engineering consultancy with strong project management skills. Our core business is the design, documentation, and project management of multi-disciplinary engineering services.

As one of Victoria’s longest-serving independent and local consulting firms, we strive to deliver solutions that meet the client’s needs for balance between capital cost, operating cost, and service life, in both the core and specialist activities. We place an emphasis on providing high quality documentation with coordinated engineering services across all disciplines. Our experience has shown that high quality documentation will result in lower construction costs and minimal problems and delays during construction.
