NJM Design was recently engaged to undertake a project with Porsche at their Brighton location.  The extent of our work included modifications to increase the power capacity to the site to allow for vehicle charging while not introducing a substation to the site.

A novel solution for all disciplines was required to retain multiple utility supplies to the site. We designed adequate demarcation on the electrical systems to ensure there were no return earth paths between the supplies to the satisfaction of United Energy.

NJM Design coordinated scope for architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire protection engineers to ensure discontinuity of electrically conductive elements between the titles boundary. We met the clients’ needs with minimal encroachment of usable floor space.
